Emergency Maneuvering Lanka Properties (Pvt) Limited was established in 2017 by Civil Engineer G.A.S. Wijesekara and Civil Engineer Y.A.C.Weerasinghe who are having around 30 years of experience in Civil Construction industry. Our Civil works include Mini Hydro Power projects, Building and Road Construction Projects, Substation Projects. Apart from that we are carrying out Metal Quarry and Metal Crusher Plant operations which provide materials (Metal, Chips, Quarry Dust, ABC, Boulders etc.) for the construction activities.
We are an innovative and modern construction company. We will always keep abreast, utilize the latest technologies, revolutionize and apply cost effective and efficient methods in to our processes. Our staff is maintaining a strong connection and good relationship with Clients and successfully completes the projects on time and the company is having its own fleet of vehicles, machinery and equipment for all above construction requirements.
